In order for us to keep our costs to a minimum, so that we can pass these on to our clients by charging
the minimum possible fee, we work slightly different to the average accountant.
As most of our clients are not local to us, we ask for them to either send to us via post their accounting
records or email the information that we require so that we may fulfil their accountancy requirements.
The draft product is then mailed or emailed (whichever is preferable to each client) along with our invoice
within two weeks (usually quicker). We ask that you check the draft account or tax return carefully and confirm that you are
happy with it before sending us back a confirmation slip and settling our fee. At this point we mail out final bound sets
of your accounts along with your accounting records for you to keep for the minimum statutory period.
To keep costs low, we do not hold meetings with our clients to present the accounts, but we can go through
these in detail over the telephone and provide as much support as necessary to ensure you have a detailed knowledge of your
businesses accountancy and financial state.
Obviously this service will not suit all business owners, some will have a requirement for more in depth
face to face meetings with their accountant and as such will be happy to pay an increased fee for this.
